Requirements
- Previous experience as an automotive or fleet maintenance technician preferred
- Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance services and basic automotive repair
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical concerns
- Diesel experience and fleet/commercial vehicle experience a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a mobile service environment
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to accurately document services, inspections, and recommendations
- Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

- Diesel experience and fleet/commercial vehicle experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform on-site maintenance and minor repairs for fleet and commercial vehicles at customer locations
- Conduct routine services including oil changes, filters, brakes, inspections, and preventative maintenance
- Diagnose basic mechanical and electrical concerns using mobile diagnostic equipment
- Complete work in accordance with Ford manufacturer standards and dealership procedures
- Accurately document all services performed, inspections, and recommended repairs
- Communicate clearly with service advisors, dispatch, and fleet customers regarding vehicle status and timelines
- Ensure efficient service calls while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and inventory of the mobile service vehicle
