About The Position
Provide Guests with a We Win Hearts gaming experience by offering friendly service and a positive attitude while writing, running and paying Keno tickets via mobile device. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies and procedures
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guest, Team Members and Management.
- Have basic math skills.
- Have a basic understanding of the game of Keno.
- Previous cash handling experience a plus.
- Ability to walk Gaming area and Restaurants carrying Mobile device, printer and bank.
- Ability to work under limited supervision.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working in a similar resort setting a plus.
