Mobile IV Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our mobile IV therapy team. In this role, you will provide on-site IV hydration and wellness services to patients in their residences—whether private homes, assisted living facilities, or other community settings.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of Arizona (required)
- Strong IV insertion and phlebotomy skills (required)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of car insurance(required)
- CPR/BLS certification (required)
- Ability to work independently with sound clinical judgment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexibility to work some evenings or weekends, as needed
- Must be able to work as a 1099 independent contractor
Nice To Haves
- Critical care or infusion experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Travel to patient locations to provide IV therapy and hydration treatments
- Assess patient condition prior to and after IV administration
- Prepare and insert IV catheters and administer solutions in accordance with protocols
- Monitor for adverse reactions and provide appropriate interventions
- Educate patients on treatment benefits and potential side effects
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and HIPAA regulations
- Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and their families
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to support overall patient wellness
- Represent the company with professionalism, empathy, and clinical excellence
