What You’ll Do As the MIH Data Manager, you will own the data governance, quality assurance, and reporting infrastructure for Indiana’s Mobile Integrated Health program. You will design and maintain data collection frameworks, ensure data integrity across EMS and healthcare data systems, build performance dashboards, and produce reports that support CMS-aligned outcome measurement. This role requires hands-on experience with healthcare or EMS data systems, comfort with data governance frameworks, and the ability to translate raw data into actionable intelligence for program leadership. You will work closely with MIH Managers, leadership, and technology partners to ensure that data drives decision-making at every level.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, healthcare/EMS data governance, or related field
  • Demonstrated experience with data governance, reporting, and performance measurement
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and visualization platforms
  • Experience working with healthcare, EMS, or public health data systems preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
