As a Mobile Sales and Service Technician, you will be helping a small business owner grow their local business and enjoy a career where no two days are the same. You will also be provided a company vehicle to use while commuting to and from work. PIRTEK franchises are locally owned and operated by people interested in your success. Many Mobile Sales and Service Technicians go on to become Operation Managers, Business Managers, and even Franchise Owners themselves. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in hydraulics is a plus.
  • Proven experience in hydraulic systems, preferably in a mobile service environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site hydraulic hose installations and repairs for various equipment.
  • Diagnose hydraulic system issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain inventory of hydraulic components and tools in the service vehicle.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on hydraulic systems.
  • Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
