About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Mobile HVAC Engineer to support multiple client sites across the Raleigh area. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of HVAC and building systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• EPA Universal CFC Certification (Section 608)
• 4+ years of experience in building engineering, with strong HVAC/R expertise
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, BAS, and fire/life safety systems
• Experience using CMMS platforms
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, reach, and work in various indoor/outdoor conditions

Nice To Haves

• NATE, RSES, or manufacturer HVAC certifications
• Experience in commercial or multi-tenant facilities
• Knowledge of energy management systems and building controls
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Inspect and maintain HVAC, fire/life safety, lighting, temperature controls, and critical systems
• Respond to service requests and after-hours emergencies as needed
• Complete facility inspections and report conditions impacting operations
• Use CMMS (e.g., Corrigo) to document work and manage work orders
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company procedures
