About The Position

We are hiring a Mobile Grooming Dispatcher to support our luxury mobile pet grooming business. This role is ideal for someone with strong pet knowledge , excellent customer service skills, and the ability to confidently convert inquiries into booked appointments. (Conversions)

Requirements

• Knowledge of dog and cat breeds and basic grooming terminology
• Strong phone, text, and customer communication skills
• Professional, friendly, and confident demeanor
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and ability to work independently
• Prior experience in pet grooming, veterinary offices, boarding, or pet services a must.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, texts, and online inquiries
• Speak confidently with clients about grooming services
• Identify dog and cat breeds, coat types, and grooming needs
• Collect and verify client and pet information accurately
• Schedule and route grooming appointments efficiently
• Communicate clearly with groomers and management
• Maintain detailed notes and client preferences
• Provide calm, professional, and friendly customer service
