The Mobile Experience Driver & Outreach Specialist is responsible for the safe, secure, and efficient deployment of SRP’s Mobile Branch to community locations, events, and outreach initiatives throughout SRP’s field of membership. This role serves as the primary operator of the Mobile Branch and is accountable for vehicle operation, site setup and breakdown, operational readiness, and security oversight while ensuring compliance with applicable transportation and safety regulations. In addition to operational responsibilities, this position plays a key role in advancing SRP’s community engagement efforts by serving as a visible brand ambassador at community events, strengthening relationships with local organizations and partners, and helping increase awareness of SRP products, services, and financial education resources. Working closely with the Mobile Experience Assistant Branch Manager and internal support teams, the Mobile Experience Driver & Outreach Specialist helps deliver a consistent, reliable, and positive member experience while supporting the credit union’s mission of serving and strengthening the communities within its field of membership.
