What You’ll Be Doing Diagnose, repair, and maintain mobile equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation. Perform routine inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and preventive maintenance tasks. Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems using appropriate tools and techniques. Document maintenance activities accurately and communicate equipment status to supervisors. Requirements

  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair mobile equipment effectively.
  • Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, diagrams, and technical information.
  • Commitment to safety practices, attention to detail, and consistent quality workmanship.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to work in outdoor and shop environments and adapt to changing operational needs.
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
