ConnectLife Driver- Mobile Blood Donation This position is Full-Time, schedule rotates M-F week 1, Tues-Saturday week 2 Job Summary: Support the blood donation team by driving one of mobile vehicles for use in any of daily mobile blood drives. Position includes the loading and unloading of supplies, as well as assisting with setting up and breaking down of the event. Assist in registering blood donors with excellent customer service, and stocking refreshment areas, as needed. Deliver the blood products to our ConnectLife Blood Lab from mobile blood drives or any of our fixed sites. Delivery of inventory to fixed sites and mobile blood drives as needed. Deliver blood products to hospitals as needed. Maintain vehicle logs as needed per vehicle guidelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, outstanding customer service and must be able to communicate with diverse individuals.
- Must be reliable and self-motivated.
- Must have professional appearance and demeanor.
- Must have a valid and clean NYS driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Prior driving experience preferred.
- CDL A or B License preferred, but not required.
