This position is responsible for providing technology support for mobile devices in the library media center. This position is a tier 1 level of support and response for all school user base providing technical software, hardware and network problem resolution to school mobile device users by performing question/problem diagnosis and guiding users through step-by-step solution while also coordinating with field technicians for tier 2+ support. Responsibilities also include assisting the librarian or certificated library media specialist with instructional and non-instructional activities for students by assisting in the operation of a library.
