Mobile Device Management: Assist in managing the full lifecycle (enrollment, deployment, maintenance, updates, and upgrades) of all district mobile devices (Chromebooks and iPads) across 1:1 and shared environments. Utilize and manage the Mobile Device Management (MDM) system (preferably JAMF) and Google Admin Console to oversee device settings, security policies, and user profiles. Maintain and manage app licenses and distribution using the Apple Volume Purchase Program (VPP) and Google app purchasing/deployment methods. Ensure all necessary devices are properly configured and maintained for required assessments, including MCAS. Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level troubleshooting, repair, and support for hardware, software, and performance issues related to Chromebooks, iPads, and related peripherals (e.g., projectors, Cleartouch panels, and Apple TVs). Interact daily with faculty, staff, and students to resolve technology issues in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. Training & Integration: Assist in supporting teachers with the effective and innovative integration of educational technology into curriculum and instruction. Develop and conduct training, documentation, and support materials for staff on mobile device usage, policies, and best practices. Communicate and enforce district mobile device policies to all stakeholders. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Oversee and mentor the High School student tech team, guiding their efforts and leveraging their skills for technology support initiatives. Collaborate effectively with the Technology Team on broader district technology support needs and projects.
