The Mobile Device Support Analyst will be responsible for managing and supporting a variety of endpoint devices within a travel agency environment. This role focuses on ensuring the seamless deployment, configuration, and security of devices, while also providing technical support and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address endpoint challenges. The position is a long-term contract opportunity based in New York.

  • Handle the management of endpoint devices such as Lenovo, Dell, Intel NUCs, and Apple products.
  • Oversee the provisioning, configuration, and security of laptops, desktops, and tablets utilizing Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and Apple MDM tools.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with corporate security and operational policies for endpoint devices.
  • Carry out hardware and software upgrades, device imaging, and OS deployments.
  • Maintain an inventory and manage the lifecycle of endpoint devices across the organization.
  • Utilize platforms like Jamf Pro for the management of macOS and iOS devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Apple M-series devices, ensuring their compatibility with enterprise applications.
  • Configure and manage Windows endpoints using Intune and Group Policy.
  • Offer Tier 2/3 support for hardware, OS, and device-related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated endpoint challenges.
  • Implement security configurations and policies for endpoint devices in compliance with CIS benchmarks or equivalent standards.
  • Monitor and address vulnerabilities on endpoint devices.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership on endpoint management strategies and projects.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs and knowledge base articles.
  • Proficient in Android Development, demonstrating the ability to create, test, and troubleshoot mobile applications.
  • Advanced knowledge in the use of Android SDK and Android Studio, capable of leveraging these tools to enhance application performance.
  • Experience with Atlassian Jira for project management, issue tracking, and software development.
  • Strong background in Backend Development, able to work with server-side languages and database technologies.
  • Skilled in AB Testing methodologies, able to conduct rigorous tests to optimize app performance and user experience.
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies, able to work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
  • Expertise in API Development, capable of designing, building, and maintaining APIs for mobile applications.
  • Experience with Apple Devices, demonstrating the ability to provide support across multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency in CSS, able to create visually appealing mobile app designs.
