About The Position

DMI, LLC is seeking a Mobile Device Engineer 2 to join us. Role Summary The Mobile Device Engineer 2 provides comprehensive end-to-end deployment support of mobile devices including smartphones, tablets, and hotspots for SEC end users. This advanced role performs complex configuration to conform with mobile device policy and security requirements, manages installation and deployment of MDM tools ensuring integration with enterprise systems, performs advanced troubleshooting, monitors mobile device environment performance, and coordinates with carriers and vendors supporting the ISS2 PWS mobile device management requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience deploying and managing mobile devices in an enterprise environment
  • Advanced experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms and integration with enterprise systems
  • Proven expertise configuring mobile security and compliance policies
  • Knowledge of iOS and Android enterprise management
  • Experience with carrier coordination and mobile services management
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience
  • Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

Nice To Haves

  • Multiple mobile platform certifications (Apple, Android)
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune and modern MDM platforms
  • Knowledge of mobile threat defense and security solutions
  • Understanding of DEP/ABM (Apple) and Android Enterprise
  • Proficiency with mobile application deployment and management
  • Strong technical leadership and project coordination skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive end-to-end deployment support of mobile devices including smartphones, tablets, and hotspots

  • Lead mobile device projects and initiatives
