We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Mobile Crisis Team Lead to join our Community Regional Crisis Response (CR2) team in Northern Virginia. This isn’t just a job — it’s a chance to play a leading role in addressing the growing mental health needs of our communities and making a real difference every day. $5,000 sign-on and retention bonus for FT new hires We are hiring for the below schedule: 9A-9P Thursday - Saturday and a floating 4 hour shift Your Role in Our Mission The CR2 Mobile Crisis Team Lead is responsible for the primary administrative and clinical supervision of the CR2 Mobile Response Team. This role includes reviewing service documentation for accuracy and clinical appropriateness, conducting retrospective service reviews, overseeing assessments, and providing direct supervision to CR2 Coordinators. The Mobile Crisis Team Lead maintains relationships with community partners, coordinates individual care, and ensures compliance with all applicable regulations. Travel within our service area will be needed at times: Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William. The Mobile Crisis Team Lead also participates in our supervisor on-call rotation. Requirements

  • Master's degree in health, psychology or social work
  • Licensed or License-eligible as a LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Virginia
  • Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a mental health or substance use setting, with strong organizational and documentation skills
  • A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and current auto insurance

Responsibilities
