About The Position

Immediate openings for Full and Part time CPS's, RBT's or Field Care Consultants in Athens and surrounding areas. LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLE, APPLY TODAY!!! Candidates must meet job and residency requirements for this role. Valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation is required. Available Shifts: Monday-Friday 10pm to 6a (FT 40 hours) Your shift preferences will be discussed during your initial recruitment call. Pay Rate: CPS ($19.00 an hour for the first year, $20.00 an hour after one year of service) RBT or Field care consultants ($18.00 an hour for the first year, $19.00 an hour after one year of service) Mission/Role: Serves as second responder providing community-based, face-to-face, rapid response to children and adults with behavioral health conditions, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in an active state of crisis. This service operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. MCRS is provided in community settings including, but not limited to: homes, residential settings, other treatment/support settings, schools, hospital emergency departments, jails, and social service settings. Requirements

Georgia CPS certification or RBT certification preferred.
High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience working with consumers with mental health and/or substance abuse disorders.
Communication, Quality of Work, Productivity, Teamwork.
Must be computer literate and proficient.
Adaptability, Attention to Detail, Conflict Management, Customer Focus, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Intelligence, Prioritization/Time Management, Result Orientation, Bi-lingual preferred.
This job requires employees to respond to mobile dispatches throughout the shift, via their own personal vehicle.
The position requires frequent in person interaction.
The ability to stand, walk, drive, speak and move freely (including navigating stairs) are required.
You must be able to drive at any time of day or night, and do so safely and without restriction for length, duration or condition of the drive.
At times, driving in heavy traffic or other adverse weather conditions may be required.
The position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers – including virtual meeting software and various communications applications and smart phones.
Bending, lifting, and manipulating objects up to 25 lbs. may be occasionally required.
Ability to drive, stand, or walk for up to 8+ hours a day outdoors is required.
