Webster at Rye is currently seeking an MNA Part-time Second Shift (2p-10p) on our Long-Term Care Unit. Requirements

Medication Nurse Assistant (MNA) licensed by the State of New Hampshire.

Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Follows physician orders and administers regularly scheduled oral, topical, suppository, nasal and ocular medications to residents who are clinically stable.
Consults with the Nurse to assess a resident who requests a "prn" (as needed) medication.
Reports to Nurse observations regarding changes in resident's status.
Observes the five rights of medication administration.
Ensures that Resident's medications are re-ordered in a timely fashion and are available for scheduled and prn administration.
Adheres to duties and responsibilities as LNA.
Assume all other duties as assigned by Charge Nurse.
