About The Position

Webster at Rye in beautiful Rye, NH is currently seeking Full-time, Part-time and Per Diem LNAs to join and complete our amazing nursing team on our Long-term Care Unit! The Shift times that are still open are: 6am-2pm, with every other weekend rotation 2pm-10pm or 10p-6a Monday through Friday, with no weekend requirements! One Weekend Baylor 6a-10p shift available! (Free 8 hours of pay after working all of scheduled weekend shifts) Please specify which shift you are applying for on your application to ensure availabilty. Requirements

  • Must have attended training as a nurse assistant in a formal course.
  • LNA must have satisfactorily completed a certification program in the State of New Hampshire.
  • Must be licensed in the State of New Hampshire.
  • Required to be on your feet for extended periods of time including physical activity that includes walking, bending, kneeling, twisting up to 4-6 hours per day.
  • Ability to push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Use motor coordination of arms, legs, hands, wrists, and fingers on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs)
  • Provide comfort, safety, and emotional support
  • Document care accurately and promptly
  • Work collaboratively with nurses and care teams
  • Maintain a clean, respectful, and compassionate care environment
