REMOTE (Work may be performed anywhere) We’re looking for an experienced MLS Coordinator with deep MLS compliance expertise to own and manage MLS approvals end to end. This is a critical role focused on accuracy, audit readiness, and proactive coordination across MLS organizations, clients, and internal teams. Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with MLS compliance, approvals, and audit processes
  • Proven ability to navigate complex and evolving MLS rules with confidence
  • Exceptional communication skills with clients, MLS organizations, and internal teams
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple approvals simultaneously
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, learn new MLS systems quickly, and build structure where needed
  • A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through under tight timelines
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; five or more years of relevant MLS, compliance, or operations experience, or a combination of experience and education
  • MLS Compliance Experience

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage MLS compliance approvals, audits, and submissions from start to finish
  • Ensure all MLS submissions meet compliance standards and are prepared for fast, successful approvals
  • Track, manage, and follow up on MLS approval pipelines to ensure timely progress and completion
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with MLS organizations for compliance-related communication
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with MLS partners
  • Communicate proactively with clients, providing clear updates and guidance throughout the approval process
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure MLS requirements are clearly understood and executed accurately
  • Create, document, and improve MLS workflows to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of submissions, approvals, audits, and communications
  • Anticipate compliance risks and resolve issues early, escalating concerns before they become blockers
  • Rotate in leading MLS team meetings, reviewing active issues and priorities
  • Track key performance metrics such as approval turnaround time, compliance accuracy, responsiveness, and client satisfaction
