As an AM Houseperson at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will be responsible for previewing meeting space prior to client arrival. This is a great position for a candidate with little to no experience. Grand Geneva in Lake Geneva is a 1,300 acre, AAA Four Diamond resort and spa recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler. This award-winning, all-seasons destination features over 746 guest accommodations, the WELL Spa & Salon, two championship golf courses, fitness facilities, a ski hill and terrain park, and 9 unique food and beverage outlets. Requirements
- Must be able to work a varied schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Must be able to represent the company in a professional, well-groomed and courteous manner.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
- Physical stamina to complete repetitive manual labor tasks.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Past experience in hotels and customer service a plus.
Responsibilities
- Early morning shift
- Review the days meeting spaces with attention to detail prior to client arrival
- Clean baseboards, countertops and carpet stains
- Any preventative cleaning in open meeting spaces
- Assist with team projects and perform additional assigned duties as needed.
