Job Summary and Responsibilities The Market Manager- Clinic Operations is responsible for all aspects of outreach network operations, to include management of daily activities, growth, lease oversight, and process optimization. Also responsible for process improvement projects within the Heart Institute. Serves as operational liaison with the Finance and Billing Departments on revenue cycle optimization. Provides administrative leadership for hospital-based programs and non-clinical services. Coordinates/assists with the management team in strategic planning, budgeting, financial management, marketing, business development, quality improvement and utilization review, physician recruitment, and information systems management. The Market Manager – Clinic Operations serves as liaison between the Health System and various vendors on establishing and managing products, services, and external relationships. Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of clinic leadership experience required
