The Division of Breast Surgery at Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) provides comprehensive, multidisciplinary care for patients with both benign breast conditions and breast cancer. The division operates high‑volume outpatient clinics and surgical services across multiple locations in Boston and southeastern Massachusetts, requiring strong operational coordination, consistent workflows, and a patient‑centered approach. As a Practice Manager, you would play a central leadership role in ensuring that these complex, multi‑site clinical operations run efficiently and effectively. You would oversee the administrative and clinical support teams who keep daily operations moving—scheduling, documentation support, patient communication, and clinic flow. Your leadership would directly influence the quality, consistency, and seamlessness of the patient experience as individuals move through their care journey. This role does not provide direct patient care, but it is deeply embedded in the systems that shape patient access, provider efficiency, and overall practice performance. Job Summary Responsible for single-site practice or smaller multi-site practices (3 or more locations). Provides direct supervision of administrative and clinical support staff, and operational duties and functions.
