About The Position

The MK Attendant / Driver is responsible for driving a delivery vehicle to transport prepared foods from the production kitchen to various sites, adhering to a predetermined schedule. This role also involves maintaining the front of house area and coffee stations, ensuring service areas are clean and well-stocked with products. The attendant will merchandise products attractively to Guckenheimer standards and provide outstanding hospitality by greeting guests and making them feel welcome. Additionally, the position requires adherence to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures, active participation in HSEQ training, and reporting any potential hazards or compliance concerns.

Requirements

  • Valid state driver's license
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Clean and safe DMV driving record
  • Must have a passion for customer service
  • Always have a positive attitude
  • Be dependable and reliable
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to smile and keep calm under busy working conditions
  • Proper uniform; non-slip shoes, name tag
  • Professional appearance
  • Provide outstanding hospitality
  • Willingness to take directions from the Chef, Front of the House Manager and Catering Manager
  • Ability to work up to 8 hours a day on your feet, excluding breaks
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25lbs
  • Ability to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods

Responsibilities

  • Drive a delivery vehicle for the purpose of delivering prepared foods from the production kitchen to various sites, following a predetermined schedule
  • Maintain the front of house area and coffee stations while keeping service areas clean and stocked with product
  • Merchandise products in an attractive manner to Guckenheimer standard
  • Greet guests, making them feel welcome
  • Arrive on time to all shifts
  • Maintain product inventory to established levels
  • Maintain contracted coffee program
  • Recognize products; accurately restock and rotate products
  • Smile, greet, & serve customers, making them feel welcome
  • Complete necessary HACCP to ensure safe temperature control
  • Display merchandise in an attractive manner
  • Maintain all MK areas in a neat, clean, and attractive manner
  • Label and display signs for all items
  • Follow all safety rules and actively prevent accidents
  • Ensure that all MKs are restocked with adequate product throughout the day
  • Adhere to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures
  • Follow safety protocols, maintaining environmental responsibility, and upholding quality standards in all tasks
  • Actively participate in HSEQ training and report any potential hazards or compliance concerns
  • Other duties as assigned by management
