Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a mixologist or craft bartender
• Proven track record of operating efficiently in high-volume events and fast-paced environments
• Experience in menu development and cocktail innovation
• Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high performance and quality standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Nice To Haves

• Bartender certification or relevant mixology training
• RBS & ServSafe Certifications
• Experience with inventory management and cost control
• Knowledge of POS systems and bar management software

Responsibilities

• Craft exceptional cocktails with speed and accuracy in a high-volume setting
• Develop and curate innovative cocktail menus that reflect seasonal trends and local tastes
• Maintain consistent quality and presentation across all beverages
