Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Science or Engineering, or experience that is equivalent optional
- Supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to communicate and collaborate at a high level
- Foster a safety first culture through training and coaching the team to follow and improve safety practices
- Must be able to communicate well verbally and in writing in English and Spanish
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
Responsibilities
- Manages all operations at factory level to ensure efficient production and high quality products
- Delivers against plant performance KPIs, budget and projects
- Sets up and executes development plans for plant personnel
- Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations
