About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mixing & Blending Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately mixing and blending ingredients to produce high-quality products while strictly adhering to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Manufacturing experience preferred (nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or food a plus)
• Knowledge of GMPs and SOPs
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor mixing and blending equipment
• Measure and weigh ingredients accurately
• Follow SOPs and GMPs to ensure consistent product quality
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance
• Complete batch records and production logs
• Work with Quality Control to meet regulatory standards
• Follow all safety protocols
