Our Byesville, OH, USA plant is an integral part of our Beverage division, dedicated to processing and packaging fruit-based juice mixes, syrups, extracts, and other similar liquid ingredients. The Production Operators in the Blending position follow recipes to ensure the customers receive the ideal liquid ingredients to meet their needs. This involves measuring, use of lifts and cranes, learning processes and following procedures. Their attention to detail and maintaining safe processes ensure that the best product is shipped daily. It is critical to success that all governmental and Kerry processes and policies are met and or exceeded. The successful employees in this role are leaders for other employees and consistently communicates with the production team!

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent required, eighteen (18) years or older
  • 6 mo. Manufacturing experience, preferably in a chemical or food processing facility.
  • Use of MS products required, SAP software preferred.
  • Ability to maintain a good attendance record and availability for overtime.
  • Must be self-motivated and conscientious.
  • Ability to work well with a team or other coworkers.
  • Mechanical aptitude and analytical skills to solve mechanical problems.
  • Ability to complete certification requirements

Nice To Haves

  • 3 mo. Prior electric pallet jack operation and safety certification preferred.
