As a Production Operator in the Blending role, you’ll mix and prepare product batches, keep processing equipment running safely, and help ensure every batch meets our quality standards. This role is hands on, fast paced, and essential to keeping production moving.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent required, eighteen (18) years or older
  • Ability to maintain a good attendance record and availability for overtime.
  • Must be self-motivated and conscientious.
  • Ability to work well with a team or other coworkers.
  • Mechanical aptitude and analytical skills to solve mechanical problems.
  • Ability to complete certification requirements

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of Food or chemical manufacturing experience ideal.
  • 6 months of prior electric pallet jack operation and safety certification preferred.
  • Use of MS products, Excel and SAP software preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Mix and blend batches according to customer formulas
  • Verify ingredients, amounts, and lot numbers
  • Record batch details and maintain accurate documentation
  • Monitor processing controls and address issues quickly
  • Watch for anything that could affect sterility and report mechanical problems
  • Maintain steady product flow to avoid delays
  • Operate a lift truck to move and store ingredients
  • Clean equipment, tanks, rooms, tools, and piping
