The Mixer is responsible for accurately preparing and mixing ingredients according to the most current formulas while following all GMP and Food Safety procedures. This role requires strong knowledge of mixing equipment, including proper operation, cleaning, start-up, and shutdown. The Mixer ensures each batch meets product specifications and maintains detailed documentation to support quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
