About The Position

To accurately and efficiently mix ingredients according to established formulas and procedures, ensuring the consistent quality and texture of finished products.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Demonstrated ability to operate industrial mixing equipment.
Experience with quality control procedures and maintaining accurate records.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities

Weighing and measuring ingredients according to recipe specifications, ensuring accurate proportions for optimal product quality.
Operating mixing equipment, including industrial mixers, blenders, and other specialized machinery, following safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Monitoring the mixing process, adjusting speed, time, and other parameters as needed to achieve the desired consistency and texture.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation standards and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Accurately recording batch information, including ingredients used, mixing times, and other relevant data.
Collaborating with other production team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production processes.
Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Participating in training programs to enhance knowledge of mixing techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team.
