About The Position

Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire Mixers for a family owned and operated warehouse located in Atlanta! This company produces the highest quality tortillas that differ in size, weight, color and flavor to meet a wide variety of customer needs.

Requirements

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 1 year of food manufacturing experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack and other material handling equipment as needed.
• Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of food manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Combine all raw materials in proper sequence and sign off that each ingredient has been added and processed for current amount of time as outlined.
• Rotate mixed ingredients back and forth to the line being served.
• Keep the line supplied with ingredients.
• Complete and deliver all batch forms.
• Assist in the training of mixing area helpers.
• Verify that all batches are produced on your shift.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Plant Manager.
