About The Position

Our Ingredient Mixers play an essential role in ensuring every batch meets our high-quality standards and delivers the delicious popcorn our customers love.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a pulmonary function test and be fit-tested for a full-face respirator.
• Minimum of one year of food production experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Strong math and communication skills required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer literacy is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machines that mix ingredients for production; may also manually mix ingredients as needed.
• Load materials into mixing equipment and verify each batch meets required specifications.
• Accurately document production and batch information according to company guidelines.
• Clean and sanitize processing equipment, including tanks, filters, pipes, lines, and pumps, to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
