About The Position

As a mixing deck operator, you will measure and add proper ingredients as directed by parameter sheet. Change cutters as needed. Greases and maintains equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Have knowledge of or be capable of learning touch screen computer systems and Infinity Database software.
• Required to complete certification through the Operator Training Program

Responsibilities

• Change cutters depending on product being made.
• Changes out, inspects, cleans and lubricates all cutters systems as needed.
• Maintain all equipment on ingredient deck, surrounding area.
• Measures and adds proper ingredients as directed by parameter sheet.
• Maintains equipment to unsure optimum performance.
