About The Position

This position is responsible for operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of products through the production process and ensure proper ingredients/supplies are used on the line. Responsible for monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed and notifying the supervisor if machines should require maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. Team Member must be willing and able to be exposed on a routine basis to warm temperatures ranging from 65-90 degrees, wet/ and or humid conditions, slippery floors in some areas, and concrete floors. Team Member must be willing and able to be exposed to airborne particles, and a noise level loud enough to require hearing protection.

Requirements

INTERNAL REQUIREMENTS AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION: Openings for this position will be posted for three (3) working days utilizing the Tyson PersTime job-bidding program.
Must have been in their current position six 90 days to demote or transfer to another shift or line.
Must have been in their current position 90 days to promote.
No more than four (4) attendance points at the time of job posting, in the last six (6) months.
No written warning at the time of job posting within the last six (6) months.
No suspensions at the time of job posting within the last six (6) months
