About The Position

We’re hiring a Mitigation Manager to lead, build, and manage our growing mitigation division. This role is hands-on, leadership-focused, and foundational to our future. You’ll start by leading field operations while building systems and training your own crew(s). As we grow, you’ll help define how this department evolves—so we’re looking for someone who thrives in change and wants to build, not just maintain.

Requirements

3+ years of water mitigation or restoration field experience
Calm, confident communicator who works well with intense, fast-paced leaders
Organized, reliable, and able to keep multiple jobs on track
Energized by growth, not afraid of trial and error
Excited to build something that reflects their own standards

Responsibilities

Oversee daily mitigation projects (water, mold, demo, structural drying, fire and smoke cleaning)
Lead field operations initially while recruiting and training a high-performance crew
Document jobs accurately and ensure timely, professional execution
Identify process gaps and implement improvements as we scale
Work closely with leadership on strategy, staffing, and service development
