About The Position

Lead mitigation operations for SERVPRO across our Manchester, NH and Salem, MA locations. You’ll manage Project Managers, Crew Chiefs, Technicians, and our Facility Supervisor , driving speed, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction for water, fire, and mold mitigation.

Requirements

• 5+ years restoration mitigation experience and 2+ years leading PMs/field teams.
• IICRC WRT required ; ASD preferred (FSRT/AMRT a plus).
• Xactimate proficiency (scope, sketch, line items, documentation).
• Valid driver’s license; able to travel between NH and MA.

Nice To Haves

• ASD preferred (FSRT/AMRT a plus).

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and performance-manage PMs and field teams; build bench strength and elasticize capacity for large scale events.
• Standardize professional and efficient operating procedures.
• Align crews/equipment; manage on-call; ensure rapid response.
• Own job gross margin , labor/equipment utilization, materials, and billing readiness .
• IICRC/OSHA/Carrier standards met on every job; safety-first culture.
• Proactive communication with property owners, adjusters, and program partners.
• Drive 5-star Google reviews.
