  • Operations leadership at the OPS Manager level or higher (multi-team, WIP management cadence, resource coordination, performance management)
  • Experience running operational rhythms (WIP, production management, quality controls, staffing/training) consistent with senior ops leadership in restoration
  • Strong financial acumen: budgeting, job costing awareness, margin protection, and accountability systems
  • Valid driver’s license; comfortable traveling between locations in MA/NH

  • Operating rhythm: Run managers’ meetings, set priorities, and ensure accountability across departments.
  • Storm & large loss leadership: Direct operations during storm events and large loss events (resource coordination, execution, customer outcomes).
  • Client & customer experience: Ensure exceptional experience and protect brand reputation (COIs, key accounts, NPS-type outcomes).
  • People leadership: Coach division managers, build bench strength, recruit/develop leaders, and drive performance management.
