About The Position

Lead mitigation operations for SERVPRO across our Manchester, NH and Salem, MA locations. You’ll manage Project Managers, Crew Chiefs, Technicians, and our Facility Supervisor, driving speed, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction for water, fire, and mold mitigation.

Requirements

• 5+ years restoration mitigation experience and 2+ years leading PMs/field teams.
• IICRC WRT required; ASD preferred (FSRT/AMRT a plus).
• Xactimate proficiency (scope, sketch, line items, documentation).
• Valid driver’s license; able to travel between NH and MA.

Nice To Haves

• ASD preferred (FSRT/AMRT a plus).

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and performance-manage PMs and field teams; build bench strength and elasticize capacity for large scale events.
• Standardize professional and efficient operating procedures.
• Align crews/equipment; manage on-call; ensure rapid response.
• Own job gross margin, labor/equipment utilization, materials, and billing readiness.
• IICRC/OSHA/Carrier standards met on every job; safety-first culture.
• Proactive communication with property owners, adjusters, and program partners. Drive 5-star Google reviews.
