About The Position
Your job is to support the staff through direction, training, follow up, mentoring and, when needed, getting involved in the cashiering process while providing unprecedented customer service. The individuals selected for this position are experienced professionals that can function well as part of a team, but can effectively function independently. The ideal candidates will have previous retail or service experience as well as beer, spirits, wine, and tobacco knowledge; be friendly, motivated, self-driven and courteous team members that are willing to go the extra mile and make a memorable experience for every guest.
