Missouri Insurance Litigation Attorney (1–5 Years)
About The Position
We are hiring one Missouri-licensed attorney with 1–5 years of first-party property insurance experience to handle residential, commercial, and HOA insurance claims. This is a commission-only role for attorneys who want ownership, leverage, and uncapped income — not stability seekers. You will run your own docket with firm infrastructure behind you. Requirements
- Active Missouri Bar license
- 1–5 years first-party insurance litigation experience
- Comfortable managing deadlines, hearings, and discovery independently
- Able to appear in Missouri courts as required
- Entrepreneurial, disciplined, self-directed
Responsibilities
- First-party property damage claims (hail, wind, roof)
- Commercial and HOA insurance disputes
- Appraisal and arbitration matters
- Pre-suit through active litigation
- Select bad-faith matters
