Lockheed Martin is seeking a Mission Architect (MA) for a new RF program. As the Mission SME, is the primary individual responsible for customer engagement on mission requirements and technical performance. Develops concept of operations, mission needs, operational user community needs, and assesses the impact of technical changes to mission performance. Develops key performance measures, as appropriate, subject to cost and schedule constraints and factors. Develops and oversees simulations and analysis to derive and validate system requirements. Maintains knowledge of current technologies and design and analysis methodologies. Responsible for modeling and simulation, performance analysis, quantitative methods. Monitors changes in stakeholder needs and evaluates impact on the architecture; evaluates the impacts of architecture changes to stakeholder needs. Important Details This is an Senior Career (level 5) role where a successful candidate would have more than 8 years of professional experience. Selected candidate will be required to possess an Active TS/SCI security clearance for consideration. This position is contingent upon the program award expected in Quarter 1 2026.
