To provide program oversight, staff development, and ensure program metrics are exceeded for a mission team of 10-12. The Mission Services Team Lead will ensure programs adhere to the Opportunity Accelerator framework and be detail oriented, while demonstrating excellent organizational, communication, management, leadership, and problem-solving skills. This role requires a balance of independence and structure and the ability to meet strict deadlines while balancing shifting priorities. The Mission Services Team Lead has a process improvement mindset and the ability to lead a diverse team in providing quality programming and training that exceeds organizational goals. This position reports to the Mission Services Director who evaluates performance annually. In addition, knows and understands the Goodwill Mission: “Empower people to achieve their most abundant life”.
