About The Position

Cimarron is seeking a Mission Analyst to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract in Santa Rita, Guam. For candidates not local to the Guam area, a relocation allowance can be provided. Key Duties : Collect, review, and analyze exercise and real-world missile test performance data, reports, and results to identify functional anomalies. Assist with risk and impact assessments for system changes and upgrades to ensure end-to-end data integrity. Participate in Combatant Command Health Checks and provide technical assistance to enhance missile warning operations. Compare and evaluate multiple data sets against operational requirements, intelligence data, and TTPs to identify and report conformance to standards and specifications. Compile, develop, and present findings and recommendations to improve requirements, system development, and integration approaches for current and future capabilities. With guidance, develop and present reports, briefings, results, and recommendations to mission communities, stakeholders, and boards. Coordinate and collaborate regularly with mission partners, agencies, team members, and government representatives. Assist in operating and maintaining UHF satellite radios and support COMSEC management.

Requirements

  • Due to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at this time.
  • Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, which will include, but is not limited to, testing for marijuana use.
  • This position requires access to federal facilities. Candidates must possess a valid, unexpired Real ID-compliant driver's license or state-issued identification card at the time of hire. If you are unsure whether your ID is Real ID-compliant, please check for the star symbol in the upper portion of your driver's license or state ID.
  • Ability to support on-call and after-hours work, as needed.
  • Active Secret Clearance (or higher).
  • Ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance.
  • 3 or more years of experience in an Engineering field.
  • Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification within 6 months of hire (ex., Security + with CE).
  • Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS up to 15% of the time.

Nice To Haves

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance.
  • Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (ex., Security + with CE).
  • Understanding of missile warning (MW) and missile defense (MD) operations.
  • Familiarity with MW and MD tactical data processor systems.
  • COMSEC briefed.
