About The Position

The Mission Advancement Coordinator plays a key role in advancing the growth, visibility, and sustainability of our Catholic school as we prepare for exponential growth in the coming years. As the only bilingual Catholic school in Dallas, we seek a devout, mission-driven Catholic who is a passionate advocate for bilingual education, cultural diversity, and the formation of the whole child—academically, spiritually, socially, and morally. This individual will lead recruitment and enrollment efforts during the current year while developing and executing creative marketing and outreach strategies that clearly communicate the school’s unique mission and value to families, parishes, and the broader community. The Coordinator must be bilingual and biliterate in English and Spanish, energetic, highly creative, goal-oriented, and comfortable thinking outside the box, taking initiative, and using data and trends to drive decision-making. This is a part-time position for the current year, with strong potential to transition to full-time within 1–2 years based on performance and school growth. Future responsibilities will include grant seeking and grant writing, planning and executing fundraising initiatives, and expanding advancement efforts. This position is on-site and not a work-from-home opportunity. The candidate must be able to put in irregular hours, as recruitment events are often held on evenings and weekends, and during mass schedules. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator, highly literate in social media, technology, and marketing strategies, and capable of designing compelling promotional materials. Excellent English is required; Excellent Spanish is a strong plus. The role requires a collaborative, friendly self-starter who works effectively with all stakeholders and is prepared to fiercely advocate for children, catholicism, and bilingual education, and demonstrates proven experience and evidence of success in relevant areas.
