About The Position

The MIS Rigging Assistant / Warehouse & Inventory role supports McCollister’s Installation Services (MIS) operations both in the field and in the warehouse. This position assists the driver/rigger at ATM job sites with installations, removals, and related tasks. When not assigned to rigging jobs, the role supports warehouse operations including loading, staging, unloading, and inventory management to meet customer and operational requirements.

Requirements

Ability to use basic hand tools
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Excel-type programs
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Reliable and punctual with strong attendance
Flexible availability, including varying start times for road and warehouse work
Willingness and ability to learn the asset scanning system
Strong work ethic with attention to detail
Highly organized and able to work efficiently
Team-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement
Professional and positive interaction with all members of the organization
Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience

Nice To Haves

Forklift and bar-coding experience preferred

Responsibilities

Report on time to work and travel on truck with lead rigger to assigned job sites
Assist the lead rigger to ensure ATM installations and removals are completed safely and efficiently
Wear required personal protective equipment, including protective work boots and MIS shirts
Assist with job site cleanup, ensuring sites are left in better condition than found
Identify and communicate any issues or concerns to the crew leader or supervisor
Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (as trained/authorized)
Ship and receive MIS inventory, ensuring products are received in good condition
Utilize the MIS asset scanning system accurately
Manage MIS inventory in the Westampton McCollister’s warehouse using scanning and database systems
Complete required paperwork, including load and unload documentation
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
