About The Position

2026 ESY MIPA Instructional Assistant MIPA INSTRUCTIONAL ASSISTANT AT INNOVATION ELEMENTARY SCHOOL Summer School Dates: July 6, 2026 through July 31, 2026 Important Note: Professional Days and Orientation: July 1st and 2nd Qualifications: Graduation from high school or equivalent education; and 60 college credits from a regionally accredited college/university; or A qualifying score on the ParaPro (455 or better). Preferred: Reliable, dependable, flexible, and punctual. Flexible and willing to work as a team. Knowledge of the needs of students with disabilities. Ability to take initiative appropriately. Experience: Experience working with children from diverse backgrounds. One year working with students who have disabilities Responsibilities Include: Assist individuals or groups of students with classroom activities under the guidance and direction of a teacher. Assist with classroom and behavior management plans under teacher guidance and direction. Collaborate with school staff, related service providers, student services staff, and families.
