MIP Program Manager

Pax8Denver, CO

About The Position

Pax8 is hiring a MIP Program Manager in the USA to lead a high-impact, remote global partner program that accelerates AI-era transformation at scale. This role offers a unique opportunity to own the end-to-end global rollout of the MIP Program, shaping how partners assess, activate, progress, and specialize. The position is central to a rapidly evolving ecosystem where enablement, marketplace motions, and AI-powered services converge. The ideal candidate will thrive in building programs that are simple on the outside but brilliantly engineered internally, growing alongside new technology as Pax8 redefines partner success in an AI-driven world. Pax8 emphasizes a culture of speed, humanity, trust, clarity, ownership, and continuous learning, encouraging curious, collaborative, and outcome-driven individuals. The company's mission is to build the managed intelligence marketplace and empower small businesses with smarter technology, operating as a fast-growing, dynamic, and high-energy organization with a start-up feel.

Requirements

  • Substantial program leadership experience delivering complex, multi-stage enablement or transformation programs across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Proven ability to design governance that scales — clear stages, progression criteria, and partner journeys that feel intuitive and fair.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills — you can align product, engineering, enablement, and commercial teams without losing momentum.
  • Confidence shaping tooling and visibility, translating program needs into dashboards, reporting requirements, and partner progress signals.
  • Strong analytical approach — you can define metrics, validate reporting, and turn insights into changes that drive adoption and outcomes.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems and cloud/AI transformation motions — you understand what it takes for partners to build, sell, and deliver AI-powered services.
  • Clear communicator — you simplify complexity, create documentation people actually use, and build trust through follow-through.

Responsibilities

  • Run global program delivery — owning rollout planning, governance, gates, and progression so partners know exactly what “great” looks like and how to reach it.
  • Evolve the program pathways — keeping broker/seller and builder/innovator journeys cohesive across strategy, sales, and technical tracks.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment — coordinating go-to-market (GTM), Academy, Marketplace, Product & Engineering, and regional stakeholders to deliver clearly-owned outcomes.
  • Build a standout partner experience — designing enrollment flows, communications, unlockables, milestones, and role-based journeys that keep partners engaged and progressing.
  • Make performance visible — creating and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, and definitions that show program adoption, skill attainment, activation, and consumption impact.
  • Improve continuously — spotting friction, closing gaps, enabling regional scalability, and refining program assets so the experience gets better with every cohort.
