About The Position

The Ministry Services Associate – Term Investments supports the daily operations of the Church Extension Fund (CEF) with a primary focus on Kingdom Investments. This role provides administrative, clerical, and client service support to ensure accurate processing, timely communication, and effective coordination across the CEFteam.

Requirements

As a Christian organization, WatersEdge qualifies for a religious organization exception to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Therefore, this position requires active membership in a Southern Baptist church (which is defined as a church which is cooperating with Oklahoma Baptists) or in a faith-aligned, evangelical church which declares the Bible as the foundation for its faith and practice.

Responsibilities

Support the administration of Kingdom Investments to include opening and closing accounts, processing transactions, posting statements, and maintaining accurate records.
Provide professional client support through phone and email communication related to Kingdom Investments.
Collaborate with the Church Extension Fund team to ensure timely and accurate completion of investment-related tasks.
Scan, organize, and maintain documents related to Church Extension Fund activities in accordance with records management policies.
Prepare, process and mail letters and other correspondence as required.
Receive, process, and distribute incoming mail.
Answer rollover calls on the main phone line and route inquires appropriately.
Enter new client information and update existing client records in iPhi.
Provide relevant Kingdom Investment activity information to the Financial Analyst and Chief Lending Officer/Vice President, Church Extension Fund, to support reporting and analysis.
Assist with the administration of the Ministry Loan program as needed, including client communication and transaction processing.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Lending Officer/Vice President, Church Extension Fund
