About This Role: The Ministry Assistant plays a key role in providing proactive administrative and planning support for ministry events, classes, and initiatives, helping ministries stay organized, prepared, and positioned to execute programming with excellence. This person will partner with ministry leaders by coordinating event logistics, supporting communications, maintaining ministry records, managing supplies and resources, and helping track planning timelines. The Assistant will serve as a liaison between ministry teams and the central planning process, helping leaders stay informed and accountable for finalizing event and programming details. Success in this role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a servant-hearted commitment to supporting ministry leaders and the overall mission of the church.
