As Mini-Bar Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the hotel’s mini-bar program, ensuring inventory accuracy, service excellence, and an exceptional in-room guest experience.

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or a related service environment
  • Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with inventory management, ordering systems, and product control processes
  • Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and point-of-sale systems
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or related field education preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the Mini-Bar team, ensuring exceptional service standards and presentation across all guest rooms
  • Oversee inventory control, ordering, and restocking processes to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste
  • Implement and maintain systems for tracking inventory, managing supplies, and monitoring sales performance
  • Ensure all mini-bar products are accurately stocked, rotated, and presented in accordance with brand standards
  • Identify opportunities to enhance revenue through product offerings, merchandising, and operational efficiencies
  • Partner with Housekeeping, Front Office, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless service delivery and timely issue resolution
  • Maintain compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and service standards
